I was made redundant in Feb so this is a hard time for me. I had my lunch(ramen and buns) in their small garden when the weather was warm and sunny. Food was great and beer was cold.nWhen I asked for the bill, the manager told me that he would take care of everything since I was the first customer of this reopen day. I was speechless. He smiled and asked me if I needed anything else.nNo, not really. Good food, kind staff and positive energy. Thank you for cheering me up.

Every time I order online it is a mockery... The Ramen comes without soup (if I want noodles I order noodles ) the chilly squid is dry and tastes like gum, the sauces that are supposed to come with the order are basically on the bottom of the bowl, like a small coffee table spoon quantity and the food is usually cold!!!nI have been a fan of Wagamama and I have been to almost all of their restaurants and never had an issue with them, but this Greenwich one needs to value their customers a bit more and not take a piss when they deliver!

Lovely food, however please go plastic free on your deliveries! Shocking the amount of plastic that you use. See Nandos's delivery as an example. Sorry but won't order again from Wagamama
