Absolutely brilliant experience! Why?nnExcellent waiting staff who are 100% willing to help the customer make the best out of their visit.nnBrilliant location to enjoy the seaside view in the open. Alternatively, indoor seating should be open soon.nnYou must take in the good views because once the food is on the table, I can assure you that eating it will become priority number 1. The Wagama name lives up to the mark.nnVisit - 2021-04-22nnTo put things into perspective: I walked into the restaurant with the most strict dietary requirement (no grain, no dairy, no meat) and the helpful staff was yet able to find me a proper meal to eat. Thank You!

Really lovely and warm staff, who seem to enjoy their job even at a very busy restaurant in a busy part of the city, always smiling, friendly and caring. The food is always great quality and if there has ever been an issue the staff are always amenable and helpful.

Loved it.. This was my first visit since Covid 19 and l have to say l was really impressed by the whole experience.nnI queued outside for under 10 minutes to be offered seating indoors or outdoors. I opted to go indoors. I was taken to a traditional Wagamama table and bench which has been measured up for social distancing, and has a screen between groups of customers.nnThe staff had appropriate PPE, and their service was quick from taking the order through to its delivery to the table.nnAs l have found at other Wagamama's the food here was well prepared and cooked and the Katsu Curry l had was a delight. I saw lots of other customers enjoying their meals.nnWhen l came to pay you can now do so by scanning the app code helpfully printed on the menu and on entering your table number the final bill appears which you pay with G Pay or by entering a credit or debit card number. Even less contact!nnSpot on. I will be returning as soon as l can.

Haven't actually been here in a while, but last time we went it was a good meal. Hope to go again soon.
