I found hair in my chicken laksa when having team lunch today. I asked the waitress twice to ask the boss to come to the table but he didn’t. When we at the counter asking him about this his attitude was very rude. He said he’s sorry but he’s attitude is not. I said I was expecting him to come. And he said he’s busy at the counter ... collecting money apparently.nnI was not being charged for the dish but his denial reply and making excuses destroyed our pleasant lunch time. It was one of our regular team dining restaurants close to office. I’m very upset of his attitude on this issue. He’s apparently not going to change anything for the business or improve customer experience. If you are going be prepared to see hair in your dish ud83dude43

Hit and miss. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the food lacked spice and flavour. It’s unfortunate as the menu looks incredible and I feel that with a little more inspiration the food could be amazing.

Very overpriced. The food is good and I would have given it 4 stars. But based on the portion size and the price, I need to downgrade this to 3 stars.nnSome of the dishes are also not authentic. Eg the Nonya curry isn’t peranakan style at all but rather Indian-Malaysian.

Very unfortunate experience, i was with my kids and my kids had serious food poisoning, i had minor diarrhoea. I read another group in the same time over the weekend also faced the same. I hope others diners come forward and speak out. The Sambal restaurant owners should take it seriously with the feedbacks and investigate it not to happen again before someone dies from food poisoning.
