Bank Mandiri Branch Abepura, one of the banks that is right in the center of Abepura, is a bank that is easily accessible and close to the shopping mall, Mega Mall, etc. Here it serves cash withdrawals, cash deposits, transfers, etc. Those who have problems with ATM etc. such as blocked ATMs, atm loss, standalone online applications are blocked, or you can replace a new ATM. But this independent branch of the Abepura bank has shortcomings such as CS that are few and slow, many complaints are queued very long just to manage ATM is blocked because so many customers but CS is only 1 to 2 of 4 seats. 2 also one of them takes care of special customers. So to solve 5 customer problems almost more than 2 hours in line, it's very disappointing. Another complaint is that customers who will only withdraw cash at the ATM will be billed for parking and parking attendants sometimes do not give change if given big money. Very disappointing too.
