His service is ugly. Sometimes the employees are unfriendly and the bus fleet is still small. Can not be equated with Trans Padang or Trans Jakarta. Though the bus trans koetaradja better than trans Padang. Haltenya many damaged and not pedestrian friendly and disabled persons. His driver sometimes reckless. tidah every stop they stop. schedule also can not be guessed alias uncertain. The bus is also quiet at weekends. I often feel uncomfortable and annoyed. Period of elderly people still standing while who sat in the priority chair young nasih.
