Service is very lacking 😴 cases of changing ID cards via online, have been told to take ID cards, but 3 times have come to the office they say there is no 😴

Service is quite good and friendly. If you want to take care of important documents, you have to arrive early or in the morning so they can take them home immediately. The matter was fast. But if you come at noon, then you will be asked to come again tomorrow. A little disappointing. Free Wi-Fi here. The building is still below standard because it uses the old building so the arrangement is still a bit chaotic. At each door also not given information. So to take care of something must ask the officer to be directed. A new office is currently being built. Hopefully with this new building the morale of the employees will also increase and the service will be better.
