The KK and KTP renewal service is very slow in registering and checking the files on the same day but for the next day they are taken ..nSo it was too long for the manufacturing process ... even the next day the service was still the same at 09.00 am and there was no service from the parties involved ... very detrimental to not maximizing community services ... Please improve services again.
