Please fix your staff attitude.. i can tolerate the other minor issues but just please..for the sake of your own patients be more polite.

type C. hospital is located alongside the Talun Wlingi highway which is the main public transportation route connecting Malang and Blitar. strategic place and easy to reach so that many people who seek treatment here. the service is friendly, the building is clean, and the parking lot can hold 10 cars. the place is beautiful and cool so it is suitable for sick people who need rest. emergency room, laboratory and poly facilities are available.

Namanya RSU, tapi lebih mirip klinik amatir. Sama sekali ga ada dokter jaga ketika Alm. Kakek dirawat. Mulai KU masih bagus sampai penurunan kesadaran tanpa ada dokter datang sama sekali. Konsul perawat ke dokter sebatas on call. Terkesan acuh dan lalai sampai² humidifier oksigen kosong pun tidak peduli. Ga layak disebut RSU, karena ga punya HCU. Monitoring pasien dgn kondisi tidak sadar hanya dilakukan di ruang perawatan. Itupun menggunakan monitor yg sudah tidak layak pakai. Peralatan kurang lengkap, periksa pupil pakai flashlight hp hasil pinjam keluarga pasien. Ketika lapor kondisi pasien, perawatnya acuh, respon lama. Sangat mengecewakan..ud83dudc4eud83cudffbnTolong sering evaluasi kinerja semua karyawannya. Kalo bosen jadi karyawan suruh resign aja! Masih banyak yg butuh kerjaan dan bersedia bekerja dgn ikhlas..
