There is no machine for retrieval no. Queue, many customers but only one CS. Reporting but being told to wait for 1 hour is less clear. I feel the worst service.

The most conventional bank I have ever visited. There are no people at rest, even waiting until 1.10 there are still no people. Never mind the teller, there is no security guard. I got confused, here is there a queue number retrieval counter? Or are people playing just like that?
