The poorest commercial bank service! Be prepared to waste a lot of your time to take queue here. I waited for almost 4 hours just for 10 minutes services. Today, we must registrate from 6.30 am.to be able to serviced. Although the bank started open at 9.00 am

Mobile service but not moving .... I am running KPM PKH, cs the car takes a long break, kpm is pregnant too, she is also a slide ... Hope the service will be fixed soon.

Fast, friendly, and alert service. The banking hall is quite spacious. Parking okay. Complete and many ATMs (deposit, withdrawal, non-cash). The office is cool, making you feel at home even in line. During a pandemic it is mandatory to wear a mask. Service hours are up to 3:00 p.m. WST. Thank you BNI :)
