I went to HapPup and the next day to Masterpiece, haha incomparable. Definitely Masterpiece is way above it, the best!

The place is clean and tidy, except for the unbearable cigarette smell at the reception area/cashier. The room is clean and comfortable, very reasonable price, with cooperative staffs, decent sound system, and varied playlist. The staff said that we can request songs to be added in song list, but I haven't seen any of my requests granted so I suppose they are a bit slow regarding that matter.

Video interface not too user friendy. Air conditioning not working very well, making room not cool enough. Interior design was great. A bit too pricey compare to other Karaoke places.
