Very bureaucratic and sullen service. I only came here to take my KTP because my KTP was lost. Getting there on a motorcycle in the rain then directed to the KTP pick-up counter, until here the service is still ok. I entered the files and I was told to wait until my name was called. I am very disappointed because there is no queuing system and there is no signage that directs the customer in what direction so I have to ask questions to many people who are waiting in line while passing through the crowd. If I didn't ask, I wouldn't know that I could actually go straight to the file reception counter. Back again, after waiting for about 20 minutes my name was finally called but arrived at the counter my file was returned because my KTP was Makassar and the retrieval could only be done Thursday. Jeez !! Who knows, if you make a KTP Makassar, it will only be Thursday? When the staff were also returned, they knew in an arrogant style that there was no word of forgiveness but told me to come back next week. This is very simple, the mother who receives my file can do the initial validation and I can deliver it from the start rather than being told to wait 20 minutes just to take the next Thursday. Other community service offices have improved themselves, for example, when I took care of the SIM, it didn't take up to 1 hour, there was a queuing system and adequate instructions. In conclusion, please improve yourself starting from the ambiguous queuing system, the ineffective validation process and the attitude of service arrogance very shows the level of bureaucracy that is thick. For the town hall people who are reading this, hopefully it will be enlightenment and another one, ladies and gentlemen are part of the public service, your salaries come from taxes imposed on the people, please be more humble and think about the people in operation. Imagine if they came far away and experienced the same thing as above? Don't you have hearts ???
