The Customer Service staff work very slow indeed. There are 5 desks of CS staff, 3 are empty and only 2 staff are working. No wonder that to serve 10 customers it takes more than 2 hours for the BNI CS staff to do it. Do not waste your time to come here unless you are ready to stay in the queue for more than 2 hours.
