Room number 8 : the program suddenly stopped in the middle of a song, they restarted the computer but it stopped responding again. They wasted our time for around 15 minutes.nThey moved us to a room upstair and we waited for 5 more minutes before the program started. The sound system in this room is very bad. We just couldn’t enjoy our time here.nThey promised us to give 30 minutes extra to compensate all those inconveniences, but they didn't.nOverall, it was my WORST karaoke experience.nnWhen we were paying our bills, there were some other customer who were complaining for the same reason.nnNot recommended.nIn fact, i recommend you not to come here. Just find somewhere else to have fun.

So my colleagues and I went here straight after work and we were starving. We then ordered food here, which to our surprise, was pretty decent if not v good. The price is also affordable, for both food and karaoke. At the end of our visit, the store gave us free pass without any expiration date. Not sure if the same applies to all branch? But we love it here. 10/10 will return.

Great karaoke spot in tge middle of business district. Not very crowded. Comfy.

The location is in the main Street around Blok M Plaza. The building is clean and cool. The menu is delicious and the price is affordable. The staff is friendly and helpful too.
