Tiga Studio

A new studio space with a wide range of workout option from zumba, pound fit to TRX (coming soon). The studio is very spacious and clean. The bathroom is fully equipped with shampoo and soap for shower. You have to rent the towel though for a reasonable price (Rp. 20k). The classes are good for beginner level.

I went to Tiga Studio because I joined Zumba class. The studio was very clean and cozy.nThe location is in South Jakarta, Senopati.nnThe changing room was very clean and nice. There are also a prayer room, bathrooms, and toilets. The studio provides you a hair dryer, so don’t worry to wash your hair after class.nnIn the room of studio, there’s motivated quote on the wall. It stated that “great things never came from comfort zones.” It made me on fire during the class.nnThe studio have wide range classes. You can choose Yoga, zumba, Hiit, poundfit, strong by zumba, piloxing, cardio boxing-martial arts, and pilates.nnIf you live or work near Senopati, it’s one of the best place to exercise.
