Feeling suspicious, the customer asked for clear clarification with the increase in insurance interest that was taken in 2012 ago. According to bank employees, there was an increase in insurance interest in 2015 and 2017. So that the money prepared by the customer to pay off his debt, even less. But when the customer asks to be clarified, the bank employee actually yells at him with the phrase "YOU ARE NOT EDUCATED !!!" It's a service that is far from satisfying words. It could even be called a criminal offense!
