Most definitely a hidden gem! Lots of old and used english books. Located just outside the old town area of Semarang (Oude Stad), the building is quite nostalgic. Overall, I love the vibes and please add more books!

For those who enjoy the smell of old, foreign books. Very cozy & books are relatively well-organized, with a good pricing system. They have a teeming children's section. Most books here come from the U.S., most of them published in the 90s-early 2000s. Expect multiple copies of popular books, with sometimes-quaint 90s/early 2000s concerns. Also, airport fiction novels galore: Stephen King, Forsyth, Harlequin paperbacks. They sometimes have really obscure books too.

Secondhand book collection. The price is not that cheap. The books are also the unpopular ones but if you're looking for old encyclopedias, this place might be good for you. The building has this vintage nuance, quite creepy also but I like it.
