The variety of food just average. Nothing special. I redeem 250 points of my platinum BRI Credit card for 1 pax. Men toilet is broken. They do nothing about it. The officer just tell you to look for toilet outside the lounge.

The front desk officer charged me for 100k, it doesn't make any sense as I have Garuda business class boarding pass. It is not about the money but it's about the what's is written for customer didn't match with reality. But disappointed. Anyway good place for layover The staff should be more customers oriented.

The ambience of this place is nice. Only needed to pay IDR 1 with my credit card, and I was able to enjoy the diverse foods and drinks served. The attendances are attentive. Depleted foods are always refilled immediately. The wifi is quite slow though. And the cleanliness, ambience, and smell of the (women) toilet can be improved a bit.

When you wait or transit in Ujungpandang Airport and dont know what to do, just go to this lounge. It offers a 24 hours service with good main dish, snack, beverage selection served by friendly waitress. There are a lot of chairs and table for customers in a spacious room. Been here for 4 hours today since i have to wait my upcoming flight at 9am. I laid my back on a comfy chair and slept. Will be back. Thanks Concordia.
