There was an incident, plan A was not according to plan and then was replaced by plan B. Plan B was not well prepared, pilgrims waited for hours to go to boarding houses in Malaysia (because they had to transfer once). Amera officers were not at crucial points (such as baggage claim areas, did not know the location of the mosque at the airport, no pick-up place, etc.), many miscommunications (officers said in Malaysia Rupiah could be used but apparently could not), hotel lodgings were not yet available fix, pick-up bus was also not fixed.nnSo, find a more experienced one. If plan A fails, at least plan B is still well prepared.
