CS service is very bad, the procedure if the break time should first use up customers who are already waiting inside, whether there is a replacement or not, it seems like the consequences of this branch. but this has been waiting for two hours when it's about to turn, it says it opens again at 14 (have to wait another 1 hour)

There are lots of queues but only cs 1 person is provided, even that is a very long process for each customer, without being given a queue number either, only asked to collect ID cards.nEven though in other BRI units it can be 5 minutes finished, the queue number is clear, there are also a lot of CS

BPUM Disbursement Regulations are not clearnThe initial requirements were asked for FC KTP, KK, AND photos of business products. Yg said the security guard.nWhen I got in line and were summoned, it turned out that they were told to print a selfie photo with the place of business. This shows the lack of coordination between security guards and bank officers. Finally, the queue was burnt.nPity the elderly people.nThe requirements are not printed and pasted, indicating unclear regulations for withdrawing bpum ..nEven though the wirobrajan branch was only asked for fc ID and KK .... And only showed the original extract.

If there is the worst star, it's certain that the worst is from the worst. It could be on the calendar Thursday, October 28, 2020 There is no red date, how come it's a holiday. Not quality blas. Where's there no notification !!!nServices for BPUM customers are not transparent.
