Sorry for the first star. I feel annoyed and uncomfortable with the security guard (I don't know whose name, I clearly remember his face once) because it's not only once or twice, I've been annoying many times at least 5 times. The last one really makes me anxious as a woman, the security guard does not make customers comfortable but instead makes me nervous. I will tell you about the last one I experienced, please be able to check cctv on 31 October 2018 around 19:28 when I was inside the ATM (I did choose the night to avoid the security guard, but in reality at that time the security guard was still on guard there) now when I was in the ATM The security guard peeked at me from the sidelines of the glass that read bri sharia at the bottom. I was shocked and I hit the glass reflexively, screaming, what's wrong, sir ???? Not very polite. Then he peeked again from the sidelines of the glass that said bri sharia but the top with a smile was very insulting As a woman, I felt harassed once and then I shouted out loud NO PROPERTY !!! It's not just once or twice, and this is the worst of the times he's annoying, and doesn't really reflect as a bank security guard. That's why I write this now in order to be an improvement. Because of course the impact is that the bank will only be affected because of 1 employee.

The rot bank that has ever existed.nAt first it was smooth ...
