Dear BRI employees,nWe recommend that you improve your service, especially to the security guard. Your job is to help direct customers to BRI officers so that the problem is resolved. Instead of forcing customers to call BRI care centers. I came to the branch office to make a complaint so that it could be processed faster. If that's the way, what is the use of the BRI branch office? Honestly, I was not satisfied with the service coupled with the way the security guard spoke quickly. It's better to just close it if all kinds of complaints are diverted to the center. Since the first time I went to the BRI office, this one has never been served well, for those who want to go to the BRI office it's better to look for another office, not here.
