Union Station

Inexperienced staff, lack of understanding of risks associated with covid!

A bit of a give and take. The train station is a gorgeous building that really captures old Toronto. The actual subway station is adornes by hauntingly poetic glass art of wispy people and shadows accompained by quotes. It is always clean there, I find. I think the fact that there is a lot of construction everywhere and the detours are confusing, it becomes less pleasant. It is also extremely hard to navigate, even being a Toronto public transportation user and dweller for a while.

I have always loved this place. Haven't been there in a while but it was every summer for many years, first all the way east, then west. Everyone was always helpful, the trains were almost always on time, and the building itself is stunning old architecture.

This will be my first trip with VIA Rail to Toronto been to this city thousands of times I’m giving it 5 stars cause union station is such a beautiful station.walked through this majestic hub and was completely awestruck looking forward to it I’m sure i will not be disappointed

Good location, close to offices, residences, restaurants, hotels, etc.
