We are very pleased to find a tradesman we can trust.nHe is very helpful, prompt, & on our 2nd call out he went out of his way to help us urgently when another (larger) company wouldn't.nI look after 3 rentals for my elderly mother & he is our go to now. Fab service, 6 month long issues with hot water tank & multiple visits from another plumber unable to fix. Got a second opinion from Alpha, they identified the issue immediately, completed an urgent repair within the hour & back a few days later to finish the job

Alpha managed the integration of a new shower and toilet into my existing en suite, along with replacing a water damaged floor. The challenge was removing the old units and installing the new whilst keeping the existing seratone wall panels. The coordinated effort of the builder, plumber and shower installer was perfect, everyone turned up exactly when they were needed. All the staff were polite, friendly and professional, they took great care of my other furniture/carpets etc and did a bang up job cleaning up. This was the most stress free job i have ever had done! They took great pride in their work and the end result is more than i had hoped for. My ensuite is fabulous, I cant wait to use my new shower! Had a hot cylinder installed and copper roof pipe was not secured by stays hence causing a leak in my house. Incompetent DO NOT USE.
