Aquarius Casino Resort

Spacious rooms that have been updated. Comfy bed & nice linens. Fridge is a plus. The view is the best in Laughlin. Service was very good; sometimes slow but they were doing the best they could with reduced staff. The pool was closed the 3 nights we were there due to no lifeguards available so that was disappointing. Overall we had a great mini vacation and were happy with the AQUARIUS. We are already planning a return trip!

So very angry. The hotel is advertised as pet friendly. It is not. We had to learn the hard way and got kicked out because we had a dog that was not a service animal. At no point were we informed we couldn't have her. Not at check in even though my husband informed them that we had a dog. It wasn't until we got back to our room and were locked out, that they informed us of the situation and had to leave. They had our phone number. Why was there no phone call? The security guard who escorted me back to the room said it makes no sense and is confusing for people. Horrible. And to add to it? The hotel won't be giving us a refund, we have to go through Hotels.com. absolute insanity. We spent a lot of money and will never be returning for any reason whatsoever. So thanks for ruining my stay-cation.

Nice gaming. I won the most money here. They have a good variety for restaurants. The cafe there gives you extremely large servings for the money. I enjoyed the river walk outback. Beautiful views and the weather was wonderful. I would visit again.

Room was nice, clean, view of river was a huge plus. Employees were very courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel. As a Vegas resident gambler, the machines seemed to pay a little better from what I could tell. Played longer than I did at Tropicana with equal amounts for sure.

I went to this hotel casino on business. When I arrived at the hotel no one could give me an answer to the conference room that was rented by my client. Hotel staff seemed unaware of any other tasks and jobs of other employees at this location. I have worked in management for several years and if I had a staff such as this I would offer much needed training. Team work is a must!!!
