Spent 200 dollars in an hour and a half didn't win a dime

It was ok machines were set to not pay out that's normal

l actually win. Nothing to write home about but at least I could play for awhile. Better than other Casinos. I will be back. Seems to of slowed ⬇ufe0f have not seen the big winner's like l was before. My ud83dudcb0 is gone to fast and can't play long enough to even call it a night out. Void this comment. Just of been a lucky day

Clean, friendly and no smoking!!

The venue was very beautiful. But the service was horrible the check in staff were very rude. Our room was dirty, the floor was not clean. Hair (not ours )was in the shower. And the previous guests, drinks half empty were still in the fridge. All the floors we traveled too were out of ice. We never got a hold of the front desk personnel. so we cleaned our room our self... Not something you want to do after traveling hours. We decided to try breakfast there since we were unfamiliar with the area, My option: but $36.00 dollars for a buffet breakfast for two people seems pricey. I think it would have been a better experience had they had better staff,mindful, diligent, respectful this was our issue every area in the hotel we visited. Overall the staff lacked good soft skills or customer service skills. We actually got to the point we tried to avoid staff encounters. We picked this hotel because we wanted to stay somewhere nice, and from the pictures it looks beautiful, but our experience left us disappointed. We never visited the casino portion of the hotel. .
