The service I received in 2020 was very different from previous experiences. My concern is about the professionalism of the therapist, when doing treatment a lot of people and other therapists came out of the room, chatting, making noise ???. And many times my treatment was stopped because the therapist left with unknown interests. Especially during the Covid-19 situation, these things must be considered: I have to remind the cover for the bed many times that it is installed, the tools are queued up to be used by several people at once, and their hygiene awareness is very questionable because after going in and out of the room the cleanliness of their hands is loose Put on or not replace gloves.
