Poor service and incomplete

Poor service as a pharmacy where the community servants. Buy 10k medicine, my money is 50k, no change, then tell the customer to buy first and then come back again. Hah? Is that the etiquette? Without thinking, I said, just buy it, waste time. And friendly please. No bitchy servant. It turns out I'm not the only one experiencing it. Lots. Bad service as public service.

The medicine is quite complete. The waiter is also friendly and responsive. Because I have a neighbor so I sometimes get a discount hehe
