Actually previous this hospital service is really good and I can rate 95% but unfortunately start from this year, I only can say the service level drop until 5%. The reason as belownnI belong to pesakit darah tinggi. Previous at night time doctor can provide 3 month blood pressure med but start from this year only can provide 2 weeks med.nThis situation really make persakit susah.nnFor doctor last time I only need to visit 3 month satu Kali but now need to visit 3 month 6 Kali. This mean add doctor job.nnFor the unit farmasi also face problem too. Pesakit tambah banyak . Last time I go take med only 5 min but now same place same farmasi need almost 1 hour to take the med.nnMy question why the hospital service level become this ? I Don't think this can save hospital cost however I this This only add cost.nnI really hope pihak hospital kaji back the problem and not only sitting without do anything . Please go to side, view the situation and not only sitting at the air conds room.nnThank younHii
