This hotel concept same with the name, resort with couple of cluster based on class, that is reguler, business, executive and suite.nnThis hotel room is not clean and the facilities not using properly.nnWhen I enter my room, a cockroach running around the Desk, the AC is not cold and the worse is the bathroom. The bath tub in here without plug so it cannot be fill with water so it's useless. The sit toilet is broken so you can't sit while do your business in toilet.nnFood in here is better not served a breakfast, the amount of the buffet is not enough for person stay in here (I don't get the fried rice). The taste is 2/5 for the food and drinks but the snacks is 3/5
