Staff was slow, almost like never trained. Queue line was ridiculously long. But shipping rate is the cheapest and somehow dependable. Bad recommendation if importing goods via their service, always ask Rp20k for repackaging. I'm pretty sure none of my package was repackaged or even checked.

Oldschool but still existed amongs competitors. Best Rate, the cheapest rate for One Night Delivery Service and easy tracking via official website. Also provide Western Union for abroad money transfer, and payment for retirement as well.

Still useful til today even most of the citizen using digital connection on internet gadgets than post office. School kids can go visiting the place for learning more about the old process and buying stamps for collectors available there.

I went there to send a bottle of wine and two knives and they don't do it because the wine and the knives are considered dangerous goods.nnI must say that the girls were really kind but the regulation is absurd.
