I received the prettiest flowers I’ve ever received this week. They’ve just gotten prettier everyday. I have them sitting at my office and I have had so many patients comment on how beautiful they are. ♥ufe0f

I ordered these for a close friend because it was the anniversary of a loved one passing, and not one single flower or even the vase was what I ordered online. I picked the arrangement specifically for the color and lack of lilies because it was a favorite of the loved one, and because my friend doesn’t like lilies because of their smell. I didn’t get a single flower that color plus a bunch of lilies. I got no email or phone call explaining that there would be substitutions. When I called to ask about it, the woman I talked to was very rude and unhelpful. I tried to explain the situation and tell her I’ve never ordered flowers before, but she was snotty and offered no solution other than I should’ve called on the phone to order them. Why even have the option of ordering online then? Will not be ordering from there again. I’m going to take my business to Shawnee Floral and Gifts from now on.

Flowers, cards, fudge, candles...

I was sending my daughter flowers out of state.. I picked annarrangement off their website. The only thing that was the same was the vase. The vase was pretty. Otherwise it looked very hurriednand just thrown together. I personally would not recommend them and will no not use them. I'm EXTREMELY disappointed .. I will try to add a photo. Does this look even close? Pink????? Please stop deleting my photo.... After emailing I have to say thank you to Jodi. They did make everything good. And the new arrangement sent was very pretty. So yes I would reconsider using them again. Thankyou so much for your effort to make this better.I did change my stars from 0/1 to a 4 due to your kindness and efforts.

My son had arranged for flowers to be sent to me on Valentine’s Day. He didn’t realize Oklahoma would be under a severe Winter Storm Warning! House of Flowers not only weathered the drive to make the delivery, but also came on a SUNDAY which Valentine’s Day fell on this year! Also my place is not located in maps, so they graciously reached out to call and get specific directions. Two very sweet ladies made this lady’s day!! Pretty flowers delivered by beautiful positive smiles even in the freezing temps!! Thank you House of Flowers for helping make Valentine’s Day special!
