Ann Baff Flowers

Had 2 bouquets of roses delivered in the last few weeks and I have to admit that I’m a girl normally not a huge fan of flowers but these have both been incredible, the most beautiful roses I have ever seen! The flowers delivered today came in the most amazing vase, I’m a very lucky girl. And the delivery man is lovely, very friendly and chatty. Thank you.

I ordered a bouquet over the phone for delivery a few days later. I asked for a colourful, cheerful bouquet of mixed flowers.nnThe gentleman who answered the phone was friendly and helpful and the flowers were just beautiful - just what I wanted. Have used online florists and been very disappointed with the quantity, and variety of flowers so decided to go direct to a local florist, A very wise choice.nnThank you for your excellent service and lovely bouquet. I don't live in Falkirk, I live in the West Coast. I found Ann Baff florist online as I was trying to arrange for flowers to be sent to my aunt and cousin. The whole experience from the moment Billy answered the phone till I hung up was fantastic. He listened to what I wanted and gave me very helpful suggestions and the flowers were delivered so promptly. They were delightfully received under the circumstances and were beautiful.
