Ordered a bouquet for a poorly colleague. Spoke with a lovely lady who was very helpful and a stunning bouquet was delivered within an hour. Superb service, thank you.

Absolutely devastated at the quality of my Mum’s funeral flowers that my Son ordered from Australia. He spoke with them on the telephone and emailed a photo of what he wanted, they assured him they could make what he requested. The pillow was nothing at all like the photo he sent, some of the flowers looked half dead, the flower display on the pillow was totally different, no ribbon edging as was requested. It was completely obvious that he had used a different florist from the rest of the family. He was refunded 50% of his initial payment without hesitation from Blossom Hill which speaks volumes in itself.
