Grand Royal Hotel

Never staycation in this hotel... Bad service, no facility, and terrible room

I came to this hotel for the sake of the swimming pool on the weekeneds. The impression I got was this hotel has a low occupancy rate despite the fact that it is a quite nice building and is located near the area of govermental office buildings, Kemutar Telu Center. I hardly see visitors nor room occupants.nnBy the way, the swimming pool is well maintained for its water management. Its location is quite potential for more visitors if advertised that it is open for public.
