Everything about Tland is great from getting a boat to the surf anytime you want. Beautiful resort with so much attention to detail. Such friendly staff and great food. And the owners were amazing so friendly and helpful and such a help so I could surf when I injured myself. And popcorn every night ,yahoo. Can’t wait to come back.

Our family of four - a dedicated surfer, a non-surfer, and two children aged 8 & 3 - have been to T-Land resort twice and we will return again! This beautiful resort will not disappoint- in full view of the island’s most reliable wave, the location is stunning and ideal for families. The owners are warm and welcoming, present and attentive to guests in so many noticeable ways. Dedicated staff are always joyful and caring. The ocean view bungalows are beautifully appointed, spacious and spotlessly clean. The menu is varied and delicious. We have met other guests from around the world in this small resort that brings you all together in discrete but embracing ways, and we have made some dear friends. Thank you T-Land!

The best you can imagine. Much anticipated surf trip to T-land with three other mates. Everything's super easy and convenient. Food is incredible, beers are frosty and the vibe around the resort is what makes it so special. Happy staff, chill guests and incredibly friendly and generous owners. Every moment of the day can be spent in the water or watching the wave from land. The wave worked from 1' - 10 ' while we were there and no time was lost getting to and from the break. Works all tides and was offshore the whole time. Paradise. I'm going back.

Best resort in Rote with the best location. Closest spot to surf Tland, you only need to walk 10 meters to get in the boat that carry you to the wave. They also take you to other waves in the island. The staff and the owners are amazing. Good spot also to come with the families.

Everyone at T Land is amazing. We had the best 10 days. Owners are so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The food is delicious. The resort, rooms and pool are all fantastic. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.
