Nolan's Flowers & Gifts

Terrible. Ordered a “premium” arrangement, which means more money for a fuller arrangement, and there were vacant, dead spots all over. Never mind the fact that the arrangement was completely lopsided. I would have expected better from Stop & Shop, never mind a florist!nI called the owner, Don, to complain and he couldn’t have been less apathetic or more rude. There was no apology. When I said that this was not a $70 arrangement, he cut me off and said it was $65.... quite frankly, it isn’t worth $20, so I am not sure why HE was offended that I rounded up.... The arrangement had daisies and spray roses- not expensive flowers- so they should have been abundant. While he replaced the arrangement, I am still not happy. The replacement is less lopsided, but it still isn’t full and no where near the picture- WAY too much filler!!! Would hate to see what a normal arrangement would have looked like. We will not be back.

I went in to pick up a few tulips and was pleasantly surprised when extra geens and flowers were added to compliment the order. Such care was taken in making my small order pleasing. If that is done with every order I'll go back every time I'm looking for flowers. Thanks☺

Staff was amazing me and my son forgot about Valentine's day and we called after they closed Saturday. And they said we're usually closed on Sunday but come by and we can help. Prices are very fair and the arrangements are beautiful and well put together definitely our go to spot from now on

I have used Nolan Florist for many years for arrangements as well as some specialty projects. Without fail Nolan has delivered in both creativity and service. Highly recommend!
