My treatment was well-managed throughout: communications with the practice were clear and efficient and the front of house team welcoming and well-informed. The clinical treatment was most impressive. The process pain free throughout and the final outcome everything I could have hoped for - it is hard to tell my crown isn't a real tooth! I was particularly taken by the determination to get the best possible match for my replacement and by the care and professionalism shown throughout.

Excellent professional service from start to finish. Felt very well cared for, everything was explained and all costs agree up front. Completely pain free root canal re-treatment. Happy to recommend.

Historical horror stories had me hating the thought of having root canal work done. The 'tooth' of the matter is that it's no problem at all and there's no need to feel 'gum' about it. Tom assisted by 'Flossie' (sorry don't know your real name) performed the work. Tom was reassuring and explained the procedure with the right amount of detail for me. Working on the tooth was painless and it was all over pretty quickly. Chatting briefly with Tom afterwards revealed his enthusiasm for dentistry. In my view, if you value your teeth, folk like him are exactly the sort you should trust with them. So, based on my experience, there is nothing to 'pick' fault with here. I can whole heartedly say that just like my teeth the service at The Grange is pretty well 'polished'. So thank you team Tom, both you and your able assistant got it spot on and this is 'filling' me full of confidence for my next visit.

Feel like I’ve been ripped off! Had an appointment for 2 composite fillings. One was bothering me a lot with pain and sensitivity. Was asked if I would like private filings or NHS. I asked what the difference was and was told one has a smoother finish than the other. I naively opted for the private, smoother finish not even taking the cost into account. When I got my estimate I obviously told them I wanted NHS fillings instead (£180 for two private fillings ud83dude2d).nAfter the fillings were done I was told they couldn’t be put through at the nhs rate as they’re cosmetic (hmmm I wonder if it was because I was having moulds done at the same time for teeth whitening and mentioned I was worried about the sensitivity).nnThe fillings were not being done for cosmetic reasons, they were being done because of pain and sensitivity. I had to have a local anaesthetic for one of them!!nTo be told I have a choice one minute and not afterwards is wrong!
