NHS Dentist

I've been going to the practice since 6 years ago.nThe environment is so friendly, staff amazing, from the management to the receptionists and all the nurses.nGreat Doctors, humanity is what makes them different from the other practices.nJust wanted to say that Alex - the receptionist is always amazing with me personally, Andrea Maria -nurse brings a smile all times, my dentist Antonio Garcia one of the best.nLast but not least, I have had few hygienists there and I have to say that Margaret has been the most experienced and caring, she did an excellent and marvelous job.n5 stars is too low for this practice. I would give 10 If I could.nHighly recommended.nThe owners are doing a great job with the practice.

Negligible dentist. Had to go to a private clinic and was amazed at how careless NHS Dentist was.nnThey didn't let me know anything that was going on and, as a result, I had no idea how severe my case was.nnI had a completely fractured tooth that developed an infection.nnThey didn't think to let me know this was the case and sent me away with an incomplete round of antibiotics that did not clear the infection. I have the infection to this day, for two months, and finally went to a competent dentist who has given me a proper round of antibiotics.nnHe said that, since NHS Dentist did nothing to help, I now have to remove the tooth completely and pay for an implant. The tooth can no longer be saved.nnDisgustingly poor.nnThey spent a total of thirty seconds on me when my case is not only complex but also dangerous that I'm lucky my gum hadn't eroded. (Update - it has now started to!)nnIf you care about your health, don't go here.nnThey also gave me a filling that ended up shattering while I was sleeping. Bits of broken filling went down my throat and choked me while I was sleeping. Never had anything remotely close to this!nnUpdate: dentist attempting to claim I posted under the wrong business. I didn't. Please feel free to tell my demolished gum from sitting with an infection for so long, and to my new, attentive dentist who spent longer than a few seconds with me.nnI'm sure many people will have a better experience with you, but it will only be if their issue is so simple it can be solved by the dentist not caring. Sorry.

Very nice and clean place. Arrived earlier than scheduled but was able to be seen earlier. Had a temporary filling - went very smoothly. Dentist, dental assistant and receptionist were all very welcoming and pleasant.

I have been here today through the emergency booking and I felt soon at ease with Dr. Ayah.nShe answered to all my questions (I had many) and gave me advice for my future treatment.nI was sorry they didn’t take any new patients now due to pandemic otherwise I will definitely sign.nThe structure was update, forniture and machine new, which is something I always look for.nChecking in was easy and I have been called on time, no waiting.nud83dudc95
