The lake is beautiful, I took this photo in the geopark in front of the barangin lodge. Tickets to the geopark are only 3000 per person, 2000 children, 2000 motorbikes, 5000 cars. There is a 3-level viewing tower, a prayer room, a toilet, and a children's play area.

Naturally beautiful, the tourism potential is large, but it still runs so there are no concrete steps directed by the local government.nnFormer volcanoes that erupted twice were very large in the ancient era, producing large basins that became Maninjau Lake and villages and rice fields around it. There are also folklore about the formation of this lake.nnCurrently there are too many fish cages here until the air smells of fish food and feces.nnThere are hot springs near the road to Lubuk Basung and Buya Hamka from here. Rumah gadang which is a model of 100 rupiah old coins is also near the 44 intersection on the edge of this lake.
