the service is still not good ... especially at the registration counter ... still not friendly. please improve again when serving patients ...

I would like to say big thank you to all doctors (especially doctors from emergency and dr. Stephany-pediatrician) and nurses (absolutely great group of professionals) who took care of my son. He was hospitalized with dengue fever for six days and I have to say that the level of care and the level of all standards were absolutely comparable with European system and approach (we are from Czech Republic, professionals in medicine, able to compare). On the other hand, absolutely different(=better) against Europe was approach and behavioral of hospital staff, esp. nurses - I have never seen in any European hospital so nice, polite, warm, caring and communicative people. Thank you so much !

It takes time, to fix again, especially the service is not optimal, Regarding the parking lot is still not well managed, in front of the entrance of the RSUD so many vehicles are parked on the left / right shoulder of the road, of course this is making traffic jam There is public transportation hanging from the front of the road as well as motorcycle taxi drivers, it really helps those who need it, but the parking is not in place
