I checked in on December 2020. There was no hot water, no drinking water, the toilet seat had fragments, the mattress felt like 2001, the nauzubilah mattress was dusty. The bathroom door had a slump because it was consumed by water. The floor has a lot of lizard droppings. The price is 4 stars in Pekanbaru. Quality minus the square root. Thank you no thanks, this is how I feel

Because we were satisfied with the service even though we were a little disappointed because there was no hot water / hanagat shower timenOur suggestions in the future please provide hot water because we guests are not used to cold water in the city of Takengon which is clearly all cold
