Very kind, helpful & competent, especially as a staff member with excellent English served as my personal guide/interpreter/translator Sonya in: me trying to get stitches removed but which was delayed due to an infection; walking me to the pharmacy for an Rx etc; and finding me when I was lost coming back from an X-ray of my knee that wasn’t done in LB when it was sutured, to read the X-ray report, that indicated the persistent pain in bending my knee after a week, was not due to a fracture. BTW upon returning in the afternoon 3 days later, I discovered they’re only open in the morning for the non-emergency support I needed, though my personal GIT was there, as was Nurse Ms Dinna that was to take out my stitches, who confirmed my infection had abated, allowing this to be done the next day after the equipment was sterilized. Hospital & RX costs 220k & 190k IR ($16 & $14 US): fit and finish of the facility is thus in alignment with the bill.
