Telephone services are not properly served. NPWP registration via Online does not get a more detailed explanation. The absence of alternatives given by the telephone operator over the rejection made repeatedly in the registration process for submitting NPWP shows a lack of understanding of the telephone operator and service center. The office telephone uses enough pulses to be able to communicate, the WA numbers provided are also fictitious, never served even in WA offices. The unpreparedness of public servants in serving the public is very clearly seen in this office.
