Service quality has dropped dramatically. In the past, the motorbike service was friendly & got free drinks, but now it's a lot different. The service pays a little or pays a fortune, but you can't get free drinks and the staff is just ignorant, meaning we have to take the initiative to approach the counter ourselves to apply for service. Maybe this is a small thing in your opinion but please evaluate it again, at other Yamaha workshops the service is better, for example at the Yamaha Flagship Shop Denpasar, the service gets a bonus drink plus the motorbike is washed so to be honest I as a customer of Agung Motor is quite disappointed with the current service.
