This was the very first vacation using my own money so this will always hold a special place in my heart. But that's it, I wish I can anything else better about this place. Food was average. The tide was really low and the beach is average. The pool was okaish as well.

Nice laid back resort. Has got a nice view of the beach. There is nothing at all to do here. However you may want to visit this place for the food! Really yummy Indonesian cuisine at very affordable prices.

SUBJECT : Fantastic Place - Nice rooms - Good Service Pros : 1. Free Pickup from Ports 2. Clean rooms 3. beach view 4. Swimming pool 5. Gift shop 6. Buffet in morning 7. Sports offerings Cons : 1. Low tides are boring [ sorry, this is not these guys mistake ] 2. English skills are generally low - But that was not a problem for me as they always come with a big smile and ask me to repeat the sentence. Suggestion : Drop could be individual as well rather than group drop to port in a van Verdict : if I goto Bintan again, I would not hesitate to book room here in this hotel !!

Excellent cust service base. The place is inconveniently accessible to any other attractions site or shopping malls. Offering transport package to malls and attraction sites via land transport at a hefty charges, that same goes to water sports activity.
