Hello Bintan beach cottages

I didn't actually stay here just hanging out, it was so calm and beautiful view, you won't get to see a sunset since it's facing east, so you gotta wake up early for sunrise

Place was nice. Good for sun bathing if you are interested. The staff are accommodating and friendly. The sea is not that pleasing to swim. It is murky and you are stepping on mud. The room air conditioning is bad. Bathing water supply is not good.

Wonderful little resort where the customer service is unparalleled in almost any other place I’ve visited, this group of people who ran the resort single handedly made my trip good. The manager was quite professional and made every effort to make our experience better. The workers as well were able to help with translation and planning of trips. We were able to use them as our tour guides as well for a reasonable price in order to see the island. They also were quite informative and helpful with any questions we had about the island or what was the beat way to purchase different products. They were so hospitable they agreed to take us to the store or atms for no change just to help us out so we would t walk around the island at dark. The facilities themselves were not out of this world and the pool and part of the resort was under construction but it was still able to allow us to have a good time. The AC worked well as long as you keep the doors closed. The restaurant was quite delicious and provided a good variety of food for a good price. Would recommend and stay again.
