Experienced lagging and screen freezing almost half the time we were here even after requesting for technical support, they were not able to rectify the issues. We ended up having to pay the full amount even though we didn't get to enjoy our time here.

The sound system is decent (6/10), the microphone is rather less but better than similar karaoke in the city of thorns, the room is less soundproof (5/10) but still better than other karaoke that only walls without sound proofing. The song stock is less updated but still better than other karaoke😅🤕, cleanliness, good food, friendly prices ... overall (7/10)
