It's my very first pilates. They offer private pilates One-on-one sessions at affordable prices, and it lets you book appointments based on your schedule. And also available for duet or group class, but i prefer on private one-on-one to be more focused on my body problems.nnBeen doing my pilates here since January 2019. I took pilates 3 times a week based on advice from my instructor. My pilates instructor was very detailed in my body alignment and my issues. He knows exactly my posture and what exercise that i need to improve my body posture.nAnd i feel way more better than before with the improvement of my posture though it still need more way to go.nnThey have strategic location, comfortable studio,nbright with good vibe and relaxed atmosphere.nAll the equipment is world class.nTheir staff is very friendly and the instructor is very passionate and professional. I also highly appreciate the way they manage class schedule, punctuality, and information / reminder regarding the schedule.nJust call them, make a schedule and experience it by yourself :)
