The service was overall good, I just need to spent for like 30 minutes i guess for pay my motorcycle's vehicle tax.nFirst, you have to come to the staff on charge on the terrace of Samsat Office, then they will check your Vehicle registration and your citizenship Identification Card.nThen, you'll have to wait for a few minutes, (tips: fet into office early, as you'll be the lead of queue or even the first)nnThen, if you got called by the staff, you just have to pay with amount given by your tax counter. Finish !

Kalau kita udah bayar di aplikasinya, lebih cepet.. bahkan saya belum duduk udah dipanggil untuk menerima STNK yang telah selesai di proses
